Terms & Conditions
1. Program Description. By opting in, you agree to receive SMS/MMS messages from Gold Adam, Inc. (“Company”) to the mobile number you provide about order updates, appointment reminders, promotional offers, and account alerts (the “Program”). You may opt out at any time.
2. Consent/Opt-In. By providing your mobile telephone number and opting in, you expressly consent to receive SMS/MMS messages from Company, including messages sent using automated dialing technology, to that mobile number. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You represent that you are the account holder or authorized user of the phone number provided and that the phone number is capable of receiving text messages. Company will retain records of your consent.
3. Message Frequency & Cost. You will receive 3-5 messages per transaction. Message and data rates may apply. Check your carrier plan for details.
4. How to Stop SMS/Opt-Out. You may cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to +1 (817) 442-2122. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and you will no longer receive messages from us.

6. Privacy/Data Use. Your enrollment and any information you provide will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which may be found at https://goldadam.com/privacy-policy/. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and retain your information.
7. Disclaimers. Company and Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and network conditions. Company is not responsible for any charges imposed by your wireless carrier.
8. Compliance with Laws & Industry Best Practices. Company will operate this Program in compliance with applicable laws and industry best practices, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA messaging principles and best practices. Company will maintain records of opt-in consent and honor opt-out requests promptly. Carriers and industry groups may require additional steps or disclosures. Company may update these Terms & Conditions to remain compliant.
9. Security/Abuse of Program. We employ reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. Abuse or misuse of the SMS program (including use of false numbers, attempts to re-subscribe shortly after STOP without permission, or using the service for unlawful or harassing communications) may result in immediate termination from the program. 10. Modifications. Company may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. If material changes are made, Company will post the revised Terms & Conditions at https://goldadam.com/terms-conditions-sms-service/ and provide notice as required by law. Continued use of the Program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Miscellaneous. These Terms & Conditions are in addition to Company’s general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If any part of these Terms & Conditions is unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect.
