You can bring all kinds of gold and silver items for valuation, including old, unusual, or damaged jewelry, coins, bars, medals, and even gold teeth. If you are unsure about the material, our experts will be happy to tell you whether it is genuine gold or something else. But if you don’t ask, you’ll never know!

We also offer a courtesy service for jewelry that contains precious stones. If your jewelry contains stones, we will try to remove them for you so you can sell the gold while keeping the stones, if you wish. However, stone removal is offered as a courtesy only and is not guaranteed, depending on the setting, condition of the piece, or timing of processing, we may not always be able to remove stones before or during a sale.
All sales made to Gold Adam are final. By completing a sale with us, you acknowledge and agree that any attempt to remove your stones is a courtesy and not a guarantee, and that Gold Adam is not obligated to return, remove, or hold your stones once a sale is final.

  • Do I have to make an appointment?

    You can visit us without an appointment, but customers with appointments are given priority, and those without an appointment will have to wait for service, if time allows. We recommend you book an appointment, as available times are limited and tend to fill up quickly.

  • What gold items can I sell?

    We buy all kinds of gold items, both big and small. For example:

    • Inherited jewelry and other unused treasures that have been left in a drawer

    We process payouts according to our internal review and verification process. Once a transaction is approved, we release funds promptly; they typically arrive in your account within 1–2 business days. This ensures accuracy and security for all transactions.

    For your safety and privacy, it is our policy to serve only one customer at a time inside the vehicle with our gold expert.
