However, stone removal is offered as a courtesy only and is not guaranteed, depending on the setting, condition of the piece, or timing of processing, we may not always be able to remove stones before or during a sale.

    You can visit us without an appointment, but customers with appointments are given priority, and those without an appointment will have to wait for service, if time allows. We recommend you book an appointment, as available times are limited and tend to fill up quickly.
